   Press Ctrl+F8. With a line selected, its code, colour and size are filled in.

   Step 2:

   Write what they asked for in your own words, and press why it did not sell — Size was out, We don't stock it…

   Step 3:

   Add the size they wanted; their name is optional.

   Step 4:

   Only if they want a message when it arrives: tick They want to be told when it arrives and type their mobile.

   Step 5:

   Press Save (or F11). It needs the internet.

   Press F11
