Step by step
Do it step by step
- Step 1:
Press F3. The Customer box opens.
Press - Step 2:
Type the 10-digit mobile. A known customer shows with their name and bills — press Enter to attach.
- Step 3:
A new number: type the name if they give it. Under Offers on WhatsApp, tick Customer agreed to receive offers only if they say yes — their answer is kept on their record.
- Step 4:
Press Enter for Create & attach. Their name shows on the right, and the bill also reaches them on WhatsApp when your shop's WhatsApp is connected.
