   Step 1:

   Open Reports → All reports and set the dates.

   Step 2:

   Item sales & margins, by style, category, brand, size or colour: Revenue, Net COGS, Net margin and Margin %.

   Step 3:

   Profit & loss: net sales before GST, less the cost of goods sold and the expenses.

   Step 4:

   Cost and margin show only to the owner, store manager, purchase officer and accountant.
