How do I reset someone's password?

   Open Settings → Users and press “Reset pwd” on their row. They are signed out everywhere at once.

   Give them the temporary password shown once; they choose their own when they next sign in.

   Or they can do it themselves: “Forgot your password?” on the back-office sign-in sends a code to their mobile.
