When there is no recent backup

Do it step by step
- Step 1:
The Settings home says “No completed backup yet”, or Backups says “No backup in the last 36 hours”: press “Back up now”. If it fails, the message says why — open your shop to VASAH support (Settings → Plan & support) and write to us.
- Step 2:
No Download button: only completed backups can be downloaded, and only by the owner or a store manager.
- Step 3:
Restoring is not a button on this screen: it replaces everything in the shop, so it is done with VASAH support — write to us.
