What is dead stock and what should I do with it?
Dead stock is what has not sold for a set number of days — 90, unless you change “Call stock dead after” in Settings → Counter & policies.
Open Stock → Ageing & dead stock: it shows the money stuck by age, with suggestions.
Tick the styles and press “Create clearance scheme” — a % off MRP for 60 days, at the counter and online.
