   Stock → Damage / loss → “+ New adjustment” ખોલો: Location અને Kind (damage, loss, theft…) પસંદ કરો, વસ્તુઓ “Write off (−)” તરીકે ઉમેરો.

   કારણ લખો, અને “Take or add a photo” થી ફોટા ઉમેરો. મંજૂરીની રકમથી વધુ હોય તો મેનેજરનો PIN જોઈએ — PIN વગર એન્ટ્રી મેનેજરની મંજૂરીની રાહ જુએ.

   “Post adjustment” દબાવો. પછી એન્ટ્રી ખોલી “Print report” — ફોટા સાથેની A4 નકલ.
